The I Do With Us package is for the couple who

has completed their planning (or plans to do so)

and is looking for a Wedding Day Coordinator to execute their vision - allowing them to relax and be a guest at their own wedding!


| Coordination begins 1-3 months out |

 No couple is the same and neither is their Wedding Day, so let's chat about yours!



The I Do With Us Package includes the following services:

  • 2-3 in-person meetings –  including venue walkthrough. 

  • Complete wedding management and day-of execution for up to 12hrs.

  • Review all your vendor contracts as needed to understand what will be arriving.

  • Venue walk-through as needed to go over details of the wedding day.

  • Unlimited contact via email/text from the time of contract and "scheduled" phone calls. 

  • Monthly email check-ins to ensure discussed details are going as planned.

  • Timeline creation with the run of wedding day details distributed to vendors. 

  • Vendor management – confirm arrival times and services booked - 1-2 weeks prior.

  • Greet wedding vendors and be the point of contact on the day of your wedding.

  • Distribute bouquets, bouts, and corsages to attendants & family members.

  • Cue all Bridal Party and family giving toasts. 

  • Assist with bridal party and family for photographs as needed.

  • Set-up and styling of all wedding elements  (Escort cards, favors, guest books, etc.)

  • Direct ushers and helpers with seating and program distribution.

  • Professional Day of Wedding Coordinator onsite for up to 12 hours of management*

  • Distribute final payments & gratuities as needed to vendors.  

  • Retain the marriage license for the officiant.

  • Retrieve wedding gifts/cards ~ and personally hand off the cards.

  • Pack up ALL your personal items to be given to the designated person.

  • FULL access to Wedding Day “Emergency Kit” ~ Trust us, it always comes in handy!

*A Second Coordinator is required for all events with multi-locations

(Ceremony/Cocktail Hour/Reception) and for a guest list exceeding 75 guests. 


A La Carte

Sometimes you need just a little More!


A la carte services and extras include the following:

  • Additional Day Of wedding coordinators on-site.

  • Return of tuxedos and other rental items after the wedding.

  • Out-of-Town guest bags — assembly and packaging.

  • Dress alterations and pressing attendance

  • Assembly and packaging of wedding favors.

  • Gift transport and delivery.
