The ceremony sets the tone for your Big Day, and your Officiant should be someone you connect with and enhances your special day!
Did you know that on average your Officiant dedicates 2-4 hours to your ceremony? So don't let the fact that they're only there for less than an hour; fool you!
Simply put an On-Site Coordinator (OSC) is an essential part of any ceremony with a Bridal Party!! Their tasks are usually limited to just the ceremony, but not to be underestimated and able to turn into a Day-Of Coordinator (DOC) in a snap!
DAY OF COORDINATOR
A Day of Coordinator (DOC) is a Ceremony Coordinator with Super Powers! Their role starts at contract signing and ends after the last guest has departed ceremony and/or reception. In other words, your DOC will execute all the wedding plans that you have spent so much time creating and make sure that all details are just as you envisioned - making you the Honored Guests at your own wedding!!
